Who We Are

  • We are a Community Living Agency in Victoria BC serving children & youth with special needs and adults with developmental disabilities
  • We have 13 group homes and multiple day program/outreach programs
  • We serve a mostly ambulatory population with an average age of 30
  • We’ve been supporting individuals in the community for more than 20 years
  • We focus on community inclusion, activities, and supporting resident’s choices in order to assist them to live their best lives

What We Offer

  • Permanent positions & casual work available
  • Wages (HEU) starting at $25.91 per hour (plus 10.6% in lieu of benefits for casuals) with wage advancement per the HEU Grid
